7. Intellectual Property

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. The Company is not responsible for third-party services' practices, availability, or content.

You may provide inputs such as allergy preferences or other dietary information ("User Inputs"). You are responsible for the accuracy of your User Inputs. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

11. Termination

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Inputs, or your violation of these Terms.
